No. Superwhisper supports macOS, Windows and iOS (iPhone and iPad). Voxor does not run on Android either: it covers Windows and macOS today, and iPhone and Android are not yet available.
Yes. Both Voxor and Superwhisper offer an on-device mode that transcribes without sending audio to the cloud. Voxor also runs its AI cleanup on-device in Local Mode, with speech models from 75 MB for English only up to 834 MB.
